Frequently Asked Questions
We love working with natural, healthy materials. As carpenters, we're hands-on with the materials we use every day, so their quality really matters to us. And when it comes to a sauna — a space built for health and well-being — we believe the materials should reflect that, too.
We prioritize natural woods, low-VOC materials, and natural insulation, creating spaces that feel good to build, beautiful to live with, and made to last.
There are endless reasons to sauna. Regular sauna bathing may support cardiovascular health, muscle recovery, immune support, and better sleep. But honestly, we think one of the best benefits is simply that… it just makes you feel good.
And taking a sauna is even better when it's shared. It's a place to connect with your partner, catch up with friends, or gather with family when the Vermont winters feels endless. No phones, no distractions — just good conversation and the warmth of the stove.
Taking a sauna isn’t just something you do for your health - it’s something you do to enjoy your life.
